Yeah, that's what I was thinking. The only way it could be considered off campus is because UofL doesn't actually manage the property. Across the street doesn't constitute being off campus.

I guess if UofL doesn't own it, it's not considered part of campus.

Saw a guy's eyes roll back in his head then he just fell over out of nowhere one night in college. Turned out he'd had too much cocaine. Scariest thing I've ever seen. I'd never used cocaine before but if something could have scared me straight on the stuff, it would've been what I saw that night.

 

Awful stuff. Terrible if that's what led to the death of this student.

No way that they are, because I've heard stories and known of cheerleaders doing drugs like it's their job... If they are tested, it isn't random, and it isn't very often.

I'd say the NCAA requires some sort of testing, they'd almost have to. But like I said, I don't believe these tests are at all random or frequent.

Months later, we see why I had such a crusade against drugs on or near campus. I know it's everywhere and what can we do about it ect. ect. This is America we except those excuses and let the problem get so big that we can't do anything about it. Our only defense is teaching our kids to make good decisions. Sorry for the families loss
