October 2, 201411 yr I splurged and had a hamburger for the first time in a good while. For dinner, I reverted back to boring healthy food. Turkey sandwich on whole wheat and green beans.

October 3, 201411 yr I ate at the Golden Corral today. It's about the only place in the Dixie Highway Food Desert that you can get something green. But it's covered in imitation butter so I don't know how good for me any of it really is. At least I had a salad.
