I'm on the Chicken / Broccoli plan for lunches this week…..however, Mrs. Birdbrain brought me a Combo Fried Rice with Chicken on a Stick from Chan's (Yummy, Yummy) tonight to feed my carb craving. Call it a cheat night. I definitely took notice of the McDonald's post above….I would kill for a couple Big Macs !

Lunch was leftover spaghetti and meatballs from Pasquale's.

 

Ol' papa prepared supper this evening. Pan-seared sea scallops and angel-hair pasta with asparagus tips and mushrooms. According to the womenfolk of the household, I'm officially permitted to resume cooking on a semi-regular basis again.

Penn Station Yesterday, gonna have some baked fish and rice for lunch today.

I walked down to Chinatown today and had the best roast pork with noodles I've ever had at a little mom n pop place that had the chickens, ducks, and ribs hanging in the window.

The old standby, ham and cheese with mayo. Yearning for some tomatoes, didn't have any in the fridge, to make the BLT, I love those things.
