I always feel like people over exaggerate the affect the time changes have. It's only an hour, it can't really mess up your (not ncessarily you, doomer) schedule that much.

 

I agree. I know there are some that it does affect. But, for me, I usually never go to sleep at the same time each night. Sometimes there's a late ball game on that I end up watching that puts me in bed after midnight. And then there's others where I may fall asleep with the tv on shortly after 10.

I LOVE when it's still light at 8:30 or 9. It's depressing leaving work at 5:00 at it's dark by the time you get home at 5:30.
It's not dark by the time you get home at 5:30 mid Spring through Summer if you leave the time alone. I don't know why anyone needs it to be light at 9 pm.

Because some people are actually still out doing things at that hour.
