March 3, 201412 yr Just got home from driving around town in Owensboro. A few inches of slush / sleet on the roads. Doesn't really seem to be very slick yet, and so far no snow.

Roads are extremely slick and hazardous and all motorists are advised to stay off roadways. Major salting will not ensue until the abundant snowfall concludes. We are forecast to receive 7-10 inches and a majority of it will fall between 1-3 AM.

March 3, 201412 yr Still snowing pretty good here in Lexington with some sleet and ice mixed in. Seeing some decent accumulation. I live just off the main road so I can't see how bad it is up there but it covered here.

If its that bad there, will EKU call off classes for the day? I know they already called for a 2-hour delay 4-5 hours ago. Surely its only gotten worse since then.
