PLAYER OF THE YEAR - Nacarius Fant, Bowling Green

COACH OF THE YEAR - Jerry Lucas, Collins

Congrats to those selected.

Time to discuss the selections.

Looks solid

Wouldn't change a thing about it. Pretty good choosing to everyone who picked it. :thumb:

Congrats to all . Job well done by BGP

What are the criteria? What the player accomplished in 2013? What the player accomplished in his career? What the player may be able to accomplish at the next level? Raw talent (speed, arm strength, agility, etc.)?

Without knowing any of this, it is impossible to judge the choices.

If going by 2013 season I would have Kuntz at QB. I guess the selection committee is all from Boone County?

It's really hard to form these teams. Some positions are easier than others. Skilled positions can be easier because you see what those players can do and you can also support your belief with stats. Other positions, namely, offensive linemen are MUCH more difficult. Not easy .

No Rondell Green either?

Cincinnati.

I definately would of chose Houliston and Kuntz over Barker on what they did this year..

BGP members are asked to nominate players and when they nominate players the member is asked to break down why that person should be on the team. This is a team that anyone who has a problem with the selections can only blame themselves either for not nominating someone or not putting up good enough support for why that person should be on the BGP team. Each BGP member has a say in this team.

Everyone, you can prop up other players that did not make the team but no bashing any of the great players that did in fact make the team.

I nominated several SK players. Congratulations to those who made this team.

Congrats to all selected. All were well deserving and have bright futures. Well done by the BGP Selection committee. Really can't argue any selections.
