I didn't think that the site had been selected yet, according to the letter that one of the selected kids showed me, it said that the site in Tennessee was yet to be determined.

I thought that Western Kentucky was going to offer him......

I thought if you were Mr. Football that you got an automatic bid?

Yes, Mr Football does and they automatically wear #1

Yes, OORocket is right about Mr. Football. I was strictly referring to D-1 signees.

Where in the world is Zach Marcum from South Laurel? At the pre-season camps at U.K. all the coach's and scouts said Zach was one of the best WR's there if not the best.

I saw Marcum at UK. He was one of the best receivers there, but there were only 10 schools.

I'm kind of surprised not to see TK Guess on the Roster.

Can't believe Matt Sauerbeck, LB, wasnt on the list.

I'm a little surprised Nochta from Creek made the team. He didn't even play TE at all during the season. Whereas Gardner was an all state performer at the position and his team made the playoffs. Oh well, Good luck Pete!!

They want the best chance to win.....

* I simply can not believe that Garnett Phelps is playing and Eric Senn is not.

I was thinking the same thing. I am quite irked that Eric is not on there. I rarely get upset about all state but this is one of those times in which I am.

How can the guy who lead the state in rushing not make the team. Ron Blume deserves to be on this team! He lead in 3a by almost 500 yds total. I am honestly hurt by Ron not being named to the team. If any kid deserves it, Ron does! He would make the state proud and he would be a great player for this game.

Why will Burke already be in school?

Maybe he is planning on getting an early start on his classes and is enrolling in summer school, also, alot of schools like for their football players to get on campus early and start working out together, get to know each other and develop a sense of "family". I would be willing to bet that the majority of the kids selected to the all-star team will leave home and head for their respective schools right after the all-star game. OR, maybe his coach(es) at NC State prefer that he not play and risk injury. Most of these kids get permission to play from their college coach.

I agree 110%. He and Eric Senn are 2 kids I was surprised were not on this roster.

Someone please tell me how Guidigli is in at LB over Matt. Matt led NKY in tackles two years in a row and is Nky 4A player of the year. I think I know why but I want to hear from others.
