June 21, 201511 yr Went old school and grilled sirloin that I had marinated in teriyaki and garlic. Served with sauteed mushrooms and California mixed veggies.
June 21, 201511 yr Grilled filets, shrimp, portabellas, asparagus and peppers. Had to torch up both grills. Mrs TAC also made some cauliflower. Dinner with all 4 of us. As Clyde eluded to in another Thread it is great to have everyone together.

June 22, 201511 yr Some homemade, Cajun spicy boiled peanuts. Way too many of them, probably. But man, that's one of my favorite southern snacks.
June 22, 201511 yr Got a new toy for Father's Day. Works as a slow cooker, roaster, steamer and browns/sautes up to 500 degrees. Gave it a good test run today with a pot roast that I seared and slow cooked for 8 hours. I'm going to get a ton of use out of this bad boy...
