Every time we ate out when I was in Florida I would order Scallops. I love them.

It's like eating a soft pillow of butter. Love em, when done right.

A plate of shoestring pan fried potatoes cooked in extra virgin olive oil with a sprinkle of sea salt and cracked pepper covered with cooked ground sage pork sausage, and lightly fried chopped white onions topped off with a mound of finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Washed it all down with a large glass of ice cold unsweetened green tea.

Bacon and tomato sandwiches (Duke's mayo, of course), cantaloupe, blue tortilla chips and homemade salsa, sun tea.

Chocolate mousse with granola and whipped cream.

Just, grilled out two chicken sausages stuffed with habanero green chiles ( I think). Not bad but not satisfied.

Tony Roma's boneless ribs and broccoli.

Bologna, American on white with a slice of tomato, pepper and a touch of mustard. First time in a long time.

Had a BLT with a fried egg and a slice of Gouda cheese.

While usually for lunch, been on a big bologna kick lately. Honey wheat bread with mustard and a slice of cheese. Fantastic.

Made some honey butter biscuits and sausage gravy for brunch yesterday, but mixed it up and used chorizo instead of breakfast sausage. Turned out really good...

Grilled some shrimp with light butter and old bay. Put them over some angel hair pasta with broccoli and parmesean cheese.

Grilled American, Colby, & Monterey Jack cheese on bakery whole wheat and Amy's chunky tomato soup with a sprinkle of finely shredded Colby & Monterey Jack cheese. Would love to have grilled a slice of tomato on it, but I'm out of them.
