Sounds like you should be. Great season and great career. Don't get hung up in this award being justification for him because unfortunately it's not always equal. You should be a very proud father for your sons obvious great career and accomplishments. Your reward should come when the colleges pay for that young man to play ball somewhere. Congrats to your family and son and well wished from the Taylor family at Tates Creek.

45% participation is terribly low. That certainly helps explain why there are some perceived omissions

I really can't believe Barker didn't make first team.
