They don't hand out trophies for being impressive. They hand out trophies for winning championships.

I agree. Also why I don't buy the FSU is going to dominate hype.

I am not saying they will dominate but I expect them to win. I do think if it is a blowout FSU will do the blowing out.

It's going to be interesting. I heard one national media figure say there are 11 NFL players on the FSU defense. I don't think I buy that at all . I think it comes down to Auburn's offensive line which has played lights out this last month and how they play against FSU D line.

FSU by 17.

There is SEC speed then there is FSU speed!

Their is probably 15 just on defense. All 22 starters for FSU will play on Sundays.

I don't know if it's that high but yes, they have a lot of defensive talent. Or talent period. It wasn't an accident that FSU put the most players in the NFL last year.

Their second stringers are just as good.

If FSU was hanging on to victories I would hear you a little more. But they have obliterated everyone on their schedule, whether the opponents have been good or bad. So in that sense FSU has done what they are supposed to do.

I don't believe they would "obliterate" an SEC schedule. That's a little easier to do in the ACC.

They would trash it!

Bump.

I think half of this game will be pretty close. Just not sure which half. Either way, I've still got the PP92's winning by 2 TD's.

Auburn, with the miracle plays vs. UGA and Bama along with another couple of close escapes this season seems to be destined to win but I think that stops short. Jimbo put the Texas rumors, worries out of his players minds by signing the contract extension. I think that FSU has been on a mission from pre season until now and will win the NC.

Good point, FSU has the speed to handle Auburn. jmo

FSU has climbed to a 10.5 point favorite with the Sagrain reflecting a 14 point game. What is the largest spread for a BCS title game?
