I looked at Ferby's offers and they are all from small schools. How can that be?

I think he will get a lot more as the season progresses but he's not a burner. So I'd say at this point his speed is his biggest drawback. Kid can definitely run over people at the high school level though and he displayed that tonight.

Some will find humor in that.

He has a small point though.

p

How fast is he?

6'2" 220 lbs, 4.56, 36 inch vertical.

It looked like Trinity was the team that was tired in the 4th quarter, although T had a great chance to win it at the end. I think the Rocks have a lot of upside. Need to play a little smarter on defense but they are young with only one senior starter. On to Carmel, Indiana next Friday. Ensworth is no slouch----nothing too exotic but real solid.

Correct. Still some in the Ville area will find it humorous.

Fair enough, but then tell me how they do it.

485 kids and they've got players like that?

Plenty of extravagantly wealthy private schools that size in Louisville.

Why doesn't Collegiate tear it up on the football field?

Awesome game to watch. Trinity had many mistakes, but Ensworth may have had even more mishaps. When they each stepped on to the field, you could tell who was the physically superior team. No reason to hold your heads, Rocks. Great effort by both squads.

Not arguing at all. Just playing on assumptions some might have.

Hmmm, Trinity QB was suffering from cramps:

Reggie Bonnafon says just cramps in his thumb and forearm.

That has to suck.

I DVR'd the game and just got done watching it. Ferby is an absolute stud and I thought Ensworth clearly outplayed Trinity yet had 3 TD's called back on them yet they still won the game.

Trinity's #8 is a great receiver and was fun to watch. Wasn't all that impressed though as it seemed Ensworth even though trailing the entire game deffinatly had the better running game. That Ferby is a beast.

Assumptions smuptions. All I see and hear is jealousy. NOBODY ever has facts.

This is nothing new to T folks. Kids will go to a school out of their area to play for a winner. T has benefitted from that in the last few years. Ensworth has as well. Not sure of the rules in TN for private schools though.

Should make a great FB at a big school, if collges are using FB's these dayss.

That's kind of what I'm thinking as well. If he's 220(or more) now I think he's still got some room to grow. Didn't get to watch the game so how did he look pass blocking? Any catches out of the back field?
