Should make a great FB at a big school, if collges are using FB's these dayss.

Agreed. Not that I am qualified to make that assessment but that is what I felt when I watched him.

That's kind of what I'm thinking as well. If he's 220(or more) now I think he's still got some room to grow. Didn't get to watch the game so how did he look pass blocking? Any catches out of the back field?

I didn't really pay attention to his blocking, but he is one tough kid who can run over people. There were more times than not that he was hit early and still ended up with an extra 5 or so yards. I really liked what I saw with him and he should get plenty of good offeres from some big schools. He looked like the real deal.

I DVR'd the game and just got done watching it. Ferby is an absolute stud and I thought Ensworth clearly outplayed Trinity yet had 3 TD's called back on them yet they still won the game.

Trinity's #8 is a great receiver and was fun to watch. Wasn't all that impressed though as it seemed Ensworth even though trailing the entire game deffinatly had the better running game. That Ferby is a beast.

Only way to stop him is before he accelerates. Once he has speed of any sort he just drags people.

Yeah it was wild watching him just pull some of our linebackers along as he picked up 3 or 4 yards after contact.

He was a horse out there and Trinity never had an answer for him. The way the game ended was kind of sad, the receiver catches it, they are in FG range and could oof been an incredible finish.

With that being said. Pp92 have you seen Davis play?

Trinity is nowhere close to No. 2 in the nation. Not sure where that ranking came from.

This might be the year that another Kentucky school wins 6A.

Wouldn't say that yet; LONG way to go. Losing to Ensworth by a point wouldn't worry me much.

No. If there is a way for me to be at St. X/Trinity part 1 or part 2 I will be there.

Didn't they call 3 ensworth tds back?

I only asked because he weighs 240, and was wondering if you felt the same about him.

That is very true, and if the last catch is made Trinity could of pulled it out with a FG. With that said though, Ensworth could of won by 2 TD's if not 3 if it wasn't for several TD's being called back.

Trinity is very talented, but tonight Ensworth I thought outplayed them and showed that Trinity needs to play much better against the run.

I'd have to see him. Ferby is a load but he didn't look fast to me and that helped me understand why he didn't have any major offers. It'd be different he was running a sub 4.5 IMO.

Tough loss for the Rocks at home but way to represent Kentucky.

Ensworth really is an athletics school. Boys and Girls won state titles in basketball this past year and I believe their football teams won a few state titles and the schools only been around less than a decade I think.

the high school portion of the school opened in 2002. It is co-ed .
Fun game. 24 is going to think about that drop for a while.

What year is the backup qb?

The THS back up is a junior. Bonnafon had cramps in his forearm from dehydration. His father said it was an exremely rare occurence.

This is nothing new to T folks. Kids will go to a school out of their area to play for a winner. T has benefitted from that in the last few years. Ensworth has as well. Not sure of the rules in TN for private schools though.

Any school that provided any sort of financial aid must play in the non public school division. TN has a large number of private/military /Christian/Catholic. They have two divisons for these non public schools based on enrollment. Ensworth competes in the large school level. The reason they exist is a wealthy man offered MBA millions to change to co-ed so his granddaughter could attend. MBA refused and this millionaire funded the creation of the upper four grades and hired MBA's football coach away. They have the newest, brightest facilities and the BA and MBA folks both stated the Nashville athletes choose Ensworth. Financial Aid is not a problem at Ensworth.
