If HHS beats Trinity in the scrimmage than I don't want all of the Birds fans on here bragging about it. They have down played the last 2 games as nothing more than a time to experiment on defense and offense, nothing more, nothing less. It has to work the same way.

 

Highlands fans are much too classy to react this way imo.

Trinity fans are the same, they win with class and lose with class.

 

This is what the top notch programs do imo, mainly because they respect one another. :thumb:

I have a green team shirt w/ the bird on there from when I coached the 3rd and 4th grade green team. That's about as Highlands as it gets. My boys did draw up Bday cards for me this year. One had a big H on the front and the other had that stupid bird. It's going to be fun.

According to CalPreps, Bowling Green is the preseason best in state and ranked #24 nationally.

Some of us freely admitted that T was significantly better based on what they observed in the scrimmages. If both coaches play to win this year, as they have in years past, and Highlands wins I will be bragging about it and the significance of it; likewise, if T whips us, I will admit that T had the better team.
