I have heard about this too, per an assistant coach. Also heard he was supposed to go to Trinity, but after a a few days he ended up not liking it there so on his way home he stopped in Scott County. Kid does look like he's in college already, lol. If he becomes eligible, along with sharpshooters Trent Gilbert and Henry Clay transfer Teddy Ware, SC should be another top team in the 11th this year.

I don't think he just randomly stopped in at Scott County. I was told he was going to Scott County back in May but "the details were still being worked out."

From Trinity to Scott Co. I just can't see the KHSAA granting him eligilibity. I know about the moving issue but if any coach talked to him or his parents before he enrolled in school it has to be illegal. I'm not sure but I believe a student has to establish residence in order to register. BUT u never know ....

Just to be clear. He watched Trinity practice once. He was never enrolled at Trinity or really ever close to attending Trinity.

If the kid from Perry Central last year can be ruled eligible after moving from Sheldon Clark to Perry Co., after school began because his coach got the head coaching job there, then this kid should have no trouble being eligible. If you look at other threads, there are supposedly kids coming from everywhere to attend Cordia High School. I think some people will want to say this isn't fair, simply because its Scott Co. and they are a high profile program.

He played in EKY instead of Central Kentucky, but other than that pretty much the same. I say that because EKY schools will fight each other to the death to keep a rival from getting an elite transfer eligible, on the otherhand Scott County seems to always get their kids eligible so I doubt there will be too much of a problem.

He looks like a grown man...is it just me or does it look like he has really short arms considering his height?
