If he did something to be deported over why isn't he being tried in court first?

 

I'm not sure what exactly his situation was, but if you are an "illegal alien", once you are proven to positively be in the country illegally, is there really that much of a court process that takes place before you are deported?

He wasn't illegal, they said he was hear legally on a student visa I believe. The man that broke the story on the video also said he was being deported for National Security reasons.

They are just asking for a lawsuit. Its going to take a several of those before the media starts clamping down on what they are reporting and evaluating their legitimacy before telling the general public.

Agreed! One day, someone will take things into their own hands, going only by what they saw in the media, and kill someone that the media mislabeled as the person who committed an act. The NY Post went with the foreign terrorist theory, and ONLY looked for "dark-skinned" people, and they ran with it! And make a huge mistake.

 

From the beginning, I, along with others, went with the domestic theory. As well as not sitting by the TV or internet going by every little thing that the media puts out there. When the fed's hold a press conference, which is now supposed to be at 5pm today, then I'll listen to what they say. But then you will still have some media patting themselves on the back saying they had it right all along, which with all the theories out there a few of them are bound to get it right, which is exactly what they are doing.

I usually mock people who abuse our legal system with money grab suits, but I am all for this one. I think it is necessary to slap our media back to responsible journalism instead of tabloid trash.

The guy that was wrongfully ID'd after the Atlanta bombings won hefty settlements from several news organizations but that hasn't slowed them down too much.

Looks like they will be releasing the photos and video. This should be interesting

Per news conference: FBI has developed 2 persons of interest, and have officially released photos of the two.

By looking at those two quickly, definitely looks domestic, IMO.

These are the photos the FBI has released. They urge to ONLY use these photos, and not consider any other photos reliable.

Somebody needs to quit letting the conspiracy theorist into the press conference
