Could be. I did see that but wasn't sure if the top pic was just old or something or if there had been renovations done before the race. Just saw it another sit streaming photos of the events and passed it along...

I think the black fence is actually on a roof, and is obscured by the canopy of the tree on the right hand side of the picture.

Just looking at the sidewalk, though, it appears to be pretty close. I'd imagine that perhaps the business owner may have put up a temporary fence for his patrons. Just a guess.

That's what I saw just going to say. Looks like it might be a different spot or they added the railing recently. That imagine from google earth or whatever that is might be old. Everything else looks similar.

Too early, too many people throwing things out there for the 24/7 media channels that WANT to have anything and everything NOW, which in the past is aweful reporting as they end up having to back track and revised what they said earlier.

Sporting events have now been changed forever.

Definitely not on a roof, see the gray line of on the sidewalk extend into the fence area. Definitely could just be an older pic on top through.

It's the same spot, it's just that the other pic was not taken just before the event.

I think your probably right. The sidewalk lines look dead on.

All victims have been removed from the scene. Hospitals are closed off to all non-staff non-emergency personnel in order to prevent any "outside threats" from going into the hospital.
