They held a pep rally this morning and left around 10a. I think there are events that all teams participate in the day before.

I wonder if the CCH faithful would be calling out the Holmes biggest supporter on BGP, if he did not get on here and congratulate them?

 

Nothing but praise, congratulatory words and well-wishes from CCH to Holmes; from the head coach, the players, the faithful, and it's #1 fan. More important than a BGP post, this was in person and action immediately after a tough and disappointing loss. Qryche is not a Holmes fan, and I didn't comment the first few times he posted his trite and predictable comments.

Ask Walter if indeed I congratulated him or ennam jv in a PM note to both and to Walter after the game!

Maybe so but class guys don't repeatedly rip a certain football program & coach apart while stroking the other same program sports. Once they get a new football coach & a new press box I guess they will be worthy of a slip of the tongue compliment. To each his/her own.

Not only for CovCath. He reports CovCaths opponents stats also. He is ALWAYS complimentary of the opponents student athletes and never negative about them in his reports. Sure, If he disagrees with an opponents coach or behavior of fans he will point it out. But make no mistake, he appreciates any and all of the student athletes that he gets to see compete. You are correct that every school wishes they had their own version of TOG.
