According to the article I posted the guy the police chased down around the school was a parent of a child. No clue if he was a police officer.

And the article bgc posted said there was an off duty police officer with cammo pants on detained in the woods. So either one of them is completely wrong. The name mentioned in your article is an off duty tactical police officer. Or it is two different people. My guess, and it's strictly a guess is no parent would take off running away from the cops while trying to rescue their kid from a mass shooting event.
January 17, 201313 yr I in no way believe that these people weren't killed. I am 98% comfortable with the story being what the government is feeding us as the story so far. However is it not at least a little weird that they were staging that child crisis situation Federal event 20 minutes away on exactly the same day of this? What are the odds? 1 in 10 Billion? Higher? That guy claiming those kids were sitting in his driveway with a female driver, then saying it was a male driver the next day is weird. Don't care what anyone says his story is weird. So these kids walked out of Soto's class and into his house for a good 30 minutes and cops didn't look for the kids? He didn't call the cops? They were clearly witnesses and parents and cops weren't frantically searching for them? If he really lived past the firehouse it is even more strange. The gun story just doesn't add up. Who confirmed to NBC it was all hand guns and the rifle was left in the car? Did NBC lie? The guy in the woods with cammo pants on doesn't make sense. A lot of this stuff should at least allow people to ask questions. Odds would be great and I don't know if this is apples to oranges but, in 1986 something similar happened to me. My mother was the Red Cross director for Danville/Boyle County. We lived on a farm just inside the Garrard County border. The Red Cross had a training event that week to discuss, among other things, response to a Gas Line explosion. (Texas Eastern pumping station is in Boyle County. A few nights later the Natural Gas Line erupted a 1/4 mile from our home and blew fire into the sky hundreds of feet, destroyed homes and burned neighbors. She could not get over the fact that it was the same week all this disaster response was laid out. Can it happen? Not likely. But life does some weird things sometimes. Just sayin'. :walk:

We lived on a farm just inside the Garrard County border. The Red Cross had a training event that week to discuss, among other things, response to a Gas Line explosion. January 18, 201313 yr Just for the record emergency response vehicles will create a staging area away from the shooting area and will not approach until tbe building is secure. It is SOP.

Police are not EMTs.

January 18, 201313 yr Plus, mock disasters are a relatively common thing over the past decade or so. Odds are there are a couple per week staged in Kentucky. How many elementary schools in the US? They all probably go 190-200 days a year. How many times do you think a mock disaster at a school take place nationwide? What are the odds that takes place 15 miles from an actual school shooting? Not saying that means something was fixed by the government but I would say the odds are astronomical.

Where did I say that? One of the stories is possibly wrong. Doesn't make me all that suspicious though because I'm not one that believes the Connecticut State Police would have let him go if he were involved.
