Down to 220 now. Still not really hitting the gym very much. Need to work on that. Amazing what a decent diet can do for you.

Big thing for me was getting some greens in my diet. I make them with spinach or kale leaves as well as bananas, Strawberries, blueberries and/or maybe peanut butter. Not always all that together. I will try to replace a meal with it when I can. It's pretty filling.

I might try to do smoothies for breakfast. I NEVER eat breakfast, and everybody tells me I should try to eat something.

This fitness freak at my work does that. He's says that's the best time to drink them not sure I buy that 100% but it's good for you at any point.

Did an hour on the treadmill tonight. Just walked with a few running intervals, nothing drastic. Definitely surprised though at how much of a workout that actually was. I was dripping with sweat when I was done.

60 minutes of he(doubletoothpick) tonight, but it was all worth it.

Focus T25 is now available! Free shipping until 7/7. Really intrigued by it.

Had a parfait from McDonald's this morning. It was actually pretty good.

I love MyFitnessPal. Not really trying to eat terribly good but started using it last week for tracking purposes more than anything.

I like it a lot so far. Easy for me to keep up with.

Being able to scan stuff into it is pretty awesome. Makes it pretty easy.

Went in this morning.

216 lbs, but I gained 4 lbs of muscle since Memorial Day and lost 7 lbs of fat. Sitting at 14.8% bf which is my lowest in a long time. Still planning on being at 210 by Friday, as I'm storing a ton of water from lack of sleep this past weekend and last night.

I use My Net Diary which essentially does the same thing. There are a lot of things I combine to eat often and you can add recipes to avoid having to type in each individual item every time.

Tonight my brother and I opted to replace the easier insanity workout with a video from the Muay Thai DVD from the Tapout XT series, and it was very good and way different.

Just trying to mix things up to burn more calories.

Which brings me to the bad news this week.

I have cut my calories way down and even drank less liquids hoping to drop the pounds I wanted to.

Well I step on the scales this morning and to my horror I had put on three pounds since my last weigh in.

I can not begin to understand this because every day since the weigh in I have been way under on my calories, and according to myfitnesspal I should be losing weight.

Frustrated I am very much but I will continue to out up the good fight.

I understand the frustration. Plateaus happen. Keep focusing on the inches, not the pounds. Finish out Insanity (you are almost there!). Then take a break and figure out your next goal and game plan.

YOU CAN DO IT!
