Six weeks in the books.

I am so close to getting back into my size 34 pants(A VERY BIG DEAL TO ME)

The next three weeks will be hard but the end result will make it all worth it.

A week break afterwards and then I am doing it all again.

Just finished a 1.5 hr swim, 4 hr bike, and 1.5 hr run workout. Went with a group of guys who run between a sub-5 and 5:30 70.3. Afterwards, Mr Gatti's had all it wanted. Nap time!!!

That's impressive and all but I did circuit training with the Rocky soundtrack this morning...... nuff said.

Haha I would die chasing someone that ran that fast after just one lap around the track. Today's workout was pretty solid though actually, chest and tri's with quarter mile sprints in between sets. I was soaked by the time I got done. Was gonna do abs but they were still sore from Wednesday night so I'll hit those tomorrow when I do leg's. Got distracted from my writing out my workouts in advance because of time spent with the new girl but I've regathered my composure(things are still good with the girl) and am looking to really kick some tail next week.

That is fantastic!

Just got home from vacation and will be starting it all over again tomorrow.

Keep on posting your updates. I'm going to need some motivation as I get back into it.

Max Interval Circuit by far the hardest workout I ever did.

Agreed!

My belt now goes to the 5th notch.

This and seeing inches loss motivates me more than what the scales says.

(The scales and all three still have me at different weights.)

Just finished Cardio Power and Resistance.

The first time I did this workout was a couple months ago. I barely got through it and my form was awful.

It's amazing how daily effort and perseverance can improve your life.

Thanks to all my BGP fitness buddies for the motivation!

Decided after a while it's time to change it. Keeping the same workout frame but doing lite weight high reps the first part of the week and then lower reps with higher weights the second part of the week. Heavy days will be more barbell related while lite weight high rep days I'm going to try to use more dumb bell type of lifts.

Max Interval Circuit was hard again today but it feels good to know I did it.

19 days left, with two off days thrown in there.

Hoping that I can get to under 200 on all three scales and the belt can go to notch six.

Yesterday was so tough but it was so good.

For the first time ever, while doing this my bro and I both drop weight at the same time.

Up until yesterday one of us when weighing in would be up, while the other was down.

Feeling good. I'm going to add a 4th day of Insanity to go w/ a day of sprints, and 2 days of walking for the next 3 weeks leading up to vacation. Still lifting Monday, Thursday, Saturday. Deadlift is still increasing, Bench is as well. Shoulder press stalled, and my squat...I'm not even going to try and push that one w/ all of the running.

Instead of doing the max recovery workout today , we switched things up and did the 58 minute P90X Kenpo workout.

Felt good doing this and it was good to switch things up, plus we were able to burn a few more calories.

Another week down, with two more to go.

Nice!

We, my brother and I will take one week off after we finish and then we are going to do it all again.
