Love the enthusiasm with the workouts! Just be careful with scales. If it does not show what you think it should, then it could zap your motivation.

Go Hammertime!

Very well said! :thumb:

Had a gift card to Hibachi so we went there today, didn't over eat or anything. Was afraid I wasn't going to get my insanity exercise in today so I figured I'd take off today and rest tomorrow since tomorrow was my scheduled off day, but I sucked it up and at 12:00 am I did my insanity workout anyway. Much needed rest tomorrow, but I'm playing basketball tomorrow evening so not that much of an off day I suppose.

That's dedication! Way to stay motivated!

Did you get any thing in particular? I hit the one at the gym regularly but have thought about getting one that does the body fat measurements. I know they're not 100% accurate but can give you a decent ball park figure.

Has anyone tried the fitness programs that you can get from the "on demand" channels? I was looking at the "MagRack" section of programs.

Haven't done that but am planning to start doing the C25K app for the iPhone on Wednesday at the end of my workouts. Gonna start working out Wednesday thru Sunday. I think I've got a pretty good varying plan of attack in mind. Also got a push up app that I may toy with as well. I used to be able to do about 80 straight now I'm a good bit off that number but have a goal of 100 in mind.

I just got a basic one.

Tomorrow I'm going have a

Marathon Monday!

2.62 mile jog/walk

26 squats

26 crunches

26 lunges

26 roman twists

26 pushups

2 1-minute planks

6 burpees

How about you? What's your Monday fitness plan?

3 hours straight of 5-on-5 full court basketball. Didn't lose until our last game. 9-1 baby.

Back at insanity tomorrow.

Walked the dogs, then ran about three-ish miles.

I haven't read the rest of the thread, but I think that people forget that walking the dogs can be exercise. If you're wanting to burn some extra calories, an easy way could be walking the dogs for an extra 15-20 minutes per day. It will start adding up.

:thumb: Great plan to increase fitness level. And keep the dogs happy too!
