October 12, 201213 yr Yankees and Cards. Bud Selig: "Yankees and Cards, please do not let any other team in to the World Series!"
October 12, 201213 yr I'm hoping for a Cards vs Orioles WS. The Orioles is the only team left I really would pull for on my own, and my son is a Cardinals fan so for him I hope they make it.
October 12, 201213 yr Since the Reds are out, I'm out. Yep...I just don't want the Cards to win it all... anybody else, I'm ok with.
October 13, 201213 yr As a HUGE Tigers fan I was pulling for the Reds more than Reds fans were. I wanted the world series to be the Tigers vs the Reds so I could see my Tigers in action in the World Series.
October 13, 201213 yr The Rolen who had 2 hits? Who were you going to PH? Cairo? Duh Isnt that the fault of the owner, GM and manager for not having a bench that is capable of being productive. After further thought, the manager can only play who the Gm and Owner put on the field. The Gm put together some good teams at his previous team, with quality bench guys, but here he has not, why is that. Is it because he is incapable or choose not too, or is it that Ownership will not let him. Is the Reds ownership to blame for the lack of bench talent (and some could argue talent in other starting positions?)
