Don't/won't root for Cov Cath but just for my own arrogance I'd like to see HHS beat an undefeated Cov Cath by 50 points. That would give all the nay-sayers a big turdburger to eat! Do I dislike Ohio teams more than Cov Cath, yes. But they don't decide our fate and can't end our season so there is still that deep down loathing. My brother said he was sending his son to Cov Cath, he was asked to leave my house.

Good decision on his part. If he competes in 8 out of the 9 sports he is assured of a victory. Occasionally CCH is superior in all 9. This year may be one of those.

I can't answer that because it's just not in me. I simply do not "pull" for teams I do not root for. Never.

This pretty much sums it up! Feel exactly the same way. Have many Cov Cath friends to this day. Heck, when we were in high school, we hung out with them a lot. But it was all business on any field or court! It is what makes it such a great rivaly and it's very healthy for everyone.

While I have many talents, Tbirds, I am not in Jeremy's league when it comes to coaching.

 

If Jeremy moves to another school then I root for that school to have success in baseball.
