After SK wins Friday I am sure we will here the Danville is only 2A excuse.

 

Actually that shows how little you know about Admiral football. They NEVER use their size as an excuse. In the past Danville has beaten 4A State Runnersup (old system from '93) and 3A finalists. They've defeated 3A state champs before and been 3A state champs before despite their enrollment (old system again). And beat the Manual team that defeated Brohm's Trinity squad.

 

This year's team may not hold a candle in talent to those above but they won't back down and cry excuses.

 

IF you beat Danville, they will say "good job, congrats" and go on to the next game.

After SK wins Friday I am sure we will here the Danville is only 2A excuse.

I watched the Danville Anderson scrimmage. If SK can throw the ball they can beat Danville. Danville is big up front and has some athletes in the secondary but play undisciplined. Ford is best LB. Alcorn throws a better deep ball than last year but struggles on the short outs and crossing routes. Of course it was a scrimmage and Anderson lost EVERYTHING and is terrible.

5A is weak. If SK was in 5A they would be the top team.

 

I'm not sure SK would be favored to win ANY class in Ky this year.

6A...yeah right

5A...not beating Bowling Green

4A...really?

3A...Central vs SK...umm CENTRAL

2A...NCC or HC vs SK? SK might win but it would be an upset

1A...Beechwood or Mayfield vs SK...again it would be an upset if they beat either of those.

Historically, Danville is one of the best programs in the state! The areas loaded with football talent year in & year out...not to mention Boyle Co.

I've seen this one as a toss-up ever since the schedule was released. That's why it appears in the Lexington/Central Kentucky week 1 contest.

uk#1 is a pure fan. He is passionate about his program and he speaks with his heart. Many of you find that offensive. Perhaps you should be reminded of the "igrore poster" feature of this application. That way ,you you can just choose not to view, his, or my posts, for that matter. I use this feature quite liberally anytime there is a hint of a personal attack. I have about 3/4 of the population of Ft. Mitchell on my list!
