It's been really quiet from Danville. I don't even know if they have scrimmaged anyone. If Simon Kenton can stop the run they should be able to beat Danville. Danville has a nice stable of running backs and nice sized QB who can run. Big beefy offensive line. The bad part is that they will have a ton of two way players and Simon Kenton should be able to wear them down if they have any kind of depth.

I'll take Simon Kenton over Danville in a low scoring game. 21-18

SK should win 31 to 7. Kuntz will have a good passing night I hope he throws for over 300 yards.

I don't know enough about Danville to make an educated guess here. I would like to see more poise from Kuntz in the packet, better protection and a consistent running game. Its about a 3hr drive, and an 8:30 start, so Friday will be a late night.

Danville was always a powerhouse. I haven't paid that much attention to them lately. Have they taken a huge step back recently? Otherwise I would think they could handle SK.

Danville has been less than stellar for about 5 years now. They have the talent but not the depth. Huge and experienced offensive line is what they bring to the table this year.

How big? SK has a big offensive line.

C 74 Fredrick 280

RG 52 Hansel 240

I'll try to get you their listed sizes. You may have to wait until Friday though. I'll see what I can do.

According to MaxPreps.com SK is ranked 72 and Danville is ranked 33 in the state of Kentucky. That will change real fast. :D

I will agree. I watched Owen play Simon Kenton in 7 on 7 and SK's qb look real good but it wont be a blowout.

SK 24 -6.

Wouldn't surprise me any. Put me in the group that says Danville has underachieved the last 5 years and I have no clue as to why that it is the case.

They are only 2A? They only had 47 players on their roster last year. I think SK handles them fairly easy. I expect SK to put at least 40 points on the board and probably pitch a shut out.

When is this game and where?

Danville wins this one...

SK is good at stopping the run with 220 pound Bowling playing MLB.
