The only thing that concerns me is that that Danville may have some key players out with injuries. I heard that J.K. Howard may not play due to injury, can anyone confirm?

SK was not very impressive anywhere last year. They played a lot of Sophmores last year. It was clearly a rebuiling year from the Simpson/Lawrence era. They could be very good or very bad depending on how the QB developes. SK is one of the few programs aroung that wants to throw the ball on a regular basis. If the QB developes, they will simply out score many of the running teams. If not, it could be another long year.

I don't know about not playing, but I saw him at the Garrard scrimmage last week in a small cast. Just based on impressions, however, I'd bet he plays.

He was held out of Friday's scrimmage. Status for the SK game is unknown.

They are only 2A? They only had 47 players on their roster last year. I think SK handles them fairly easy. I expect SK to put at least 40 points on the board and probably pitch a shut out.
