I hope your right but I think it is highly unlikely. When Joker's job is on the line come Nov, he will be reaching for 1 last chance with Pat to save his services. If indeed Joker is let go and Pat redshirts, Pat will transfer unless KY brings in a high profile coach which again is highly unlikely. We are already planning a trip to Mizzou because we estimate that's about what time Pat will take over the job. Just my 2 cents!!!

I'm just curious. Is Towles family UK alumni? If there was instability in the coaching staff, nor much recent success, that would have to be a big recruiting turn off. I'm thinking there must be other ties to the school, other than the normal UK "craziness" that predominates this area.

I read where Newton is passing the ball very good. With that said hopefully they redshirt Towles.

Well, Louisville is a mediocre program subject to lose any game at any time just like UK is. I think defense will be the difference. I think the Cats will improve on what was an already pretty good defense last year and will win a close low scoring game. Being a rivalry game, of course anything can happen.
