When I return next week I will be back to giving you all comprehensive reports of the Power Rankings for Central Kentucky. Top Ten: 1. Scott County-defeated Bryan Station 57-18 2. Frederick Douglass-defeated Dunbar 49-15 3. Boyle County-defeated North Hardin 21-14 4. Anderson County-BYE 5. Lexington Catholic-lost to DeSales 38-24 6. Montgomery County-BYE 7. Henry Clay-defeated Lafayette 30-7 8. George Rogers Clark-BYE 9. Lincoln County-BYE 10. Madison Central-defeated Bourbon County 43-0 Teams on the Rise: Taylor County-defeated West Jessamine 46-0 Lexington Christian-defeated Kentucky Country Day 35-7 Player of the Week: Wandale Robinson Last week’s Game of the Week: Desales 38 Lexington Catholic 24 Game of the Week: Mercer County at East Jessamine Again, I apologize for the extremely short version of the Power Rankings this week but I am boarding the boat soon and I simply won’t have the time or the internet access to properly research for a full article but I did want to at least put out the base of what my article would have been this week. PurplePride92 Posted September 23, 2018 Author Share Posted September 23, 2018 Yes, Danville is no longer in the top ten. The loss of Kishown Bartleson is a tremendous loss for them. We can re-evaluate their rankings when/if he returns. Without him they don’t appear to be a top ten team in CKY. Darrian Bell did have one of the best receptions that we will see all year.
