This Missouri Valley Conference game was a good one for a half and then first place Loyola-Chicago then showed up and ran away with it in the 2nd half.

The Ramblers (18-4, 8-2 Conf) shot 51% from the field compared to a very icy 36.5% for the Panthers(11-11, 3-7 Conf) Bench play scoring was 12-2 for the Ramblers. The Panthers went nine deep off f their bench,while the Ramblers went six deep.

Leading the winners offense was, Junior Clayton Custer,(Overland Park, KS) who scored 21 points on 9-12 shooting.Donte Ingram(Chicago, Ill) had 16 points and 8 boards, while Cameron Krutwig(Algonquin, IL) had 15 points and 8 boards.

Leading the Panthers in defeat were,Klint Carlson(Waverly, Iowa) and Tywhon Pickford(Minneapolis, MN) each scored 14 points.
