Shelby County / #18 Oldham County predictions

The Shelby County Rockets (2-16) travel to Buckner, KY to play the #18 Oldham County Colonels (18-3).

Oldham has won three straight since losing to top 10 Lafayette in the Toyota Classic, and has scored 65 or more points in all three wins.

Shelby is on a 14 game losing streak, second-longest in the 8th region.

But....this is one of the oldest rivalries in the 8th region. The battles have been legendary at times....and the names involved have included all-state caliber players and hall of fame coaches.

On paper, Oldham would appear to be a lopsided favorite, but rivalry games can be funny...
