DreamKiller
Union County was a real chippy bunch. They were holding our receivers like they were trying to snuggle with them. Lots of penalties and trash talking. It was good to see my Tigers in a fight, get behind in the 2nd half and come back in a big way, with 35 unanswered points. Junior RB Jaylen Boyd was a huge part of the 2nd half push for Caldwell County with 113 yards rushing and 3 TDs in the final 24 minutes. He had 170 yards rushing on 13 runs. From what I heard, Elijah Sindelar had 353 yards. Dee Cain caught 4 passes for 154 yards, and had another 74 yard TD catch called back on a holding call. TIGER1988
Chippy is a huge understatement. Down right dirty is more like it. Caldwell made an excellent choice to not participate in the handshake line.

MHSCardinal
Union Co proved to be a tougher out than most thought and there stellar record wasn't just a case of a weak schedule. They're a solid team. Likely a fringe Top 10 2a team. The problem was, CC is a Top 2-3 2A team with just to many offensive weapons for the Braves to overcome. Juggernaut may better describe these Tigers. Gonna be a tough out for anyone that gets in there path, for sure.
