I believe there are eight. The numbers are low but the few they havedo not lack talent or size. I would have loved to have seen what the freshmen team could have done based on their talent.

You are correct. Dillion McGuire was out sick and Dexter started at qb as a freshmen. His twin brother Dillon saw action at full back and some time as lb.

I agree that the move to 4A is great for the Dogs. They did look good verse SK but I look for Lloyd to come out on top in a close one.

I have heard the samething. I look for the JUGGS give Chappie the ball alot this year.

Has either one played it before? Didn't the freshmen team have a big center last year as well? This coming senior class beat New Cath and Beechie as freshmen with the line they had. It of course had Schneider and CJ whose a FB now I guess.I think Sug or Whitey can handle it.Would loved to see Schneider return though.

Cedric was good but Seth Chappie will do fine.They spilt time last year. Look for Seth to have a big year carrying the ball.

I have heard they are looking at a 3-4 d with him as a outside LB. Guess that way they can mix up the 3/4 and 4/3 down by down.

I agree that the back filed will be a bright spot. The O and d line should be big thsi year as far as size goes. One bright spot on the D side should be the line backers. Have a solid group in Jeremy( Sugar) Ray, Joe N , Brandon Coyle to name a few. Anchoring both lines will be Alex Driftmeyer. Alex will be a three year starter.Hopefully QB Mcguires cousin Mark will be one of the leaders in the secondary as well as one of his cousins top recievers.

Highlands is well disciplined! That is something Newport lacks but they are a way more atheletic team by far. It depeneds on which newport team shows up!:confused:

The wildcats are coming together at the right time of the season . In my eyes they are the hottest team in the region. If they come to play Wednesday I look for Highlands to be shakin in their boots.:scared:
