I think NCC is too much for Lloyd to handle. NCC by 3 scores.

Newport Catholic 35-7.

The Juggs are going to have to play mistake free football and get some luck to pull this out, but I'm calling the upset. 20-17

Newcath will be too much for the Juggs. Their offense is rolling right now and I see no way that Lloyd is able to slow them down.

NCC in similar fashion as the first go around:

NCC 49

Lloyd 7

I am a die hard fan of Coach Lucas and his team, but I have to go with NCC on this one. I hope the Juggs prove me wrong!!!!!!!

First game was very hard hitting game and a good wake up call for the Breds not to take the Juggs lightly. I see another hard hitting game that is decided by the big plays.

Agreed. NCC may have won convincingly at the last meeting, but Lloyd definitly out hit them. Lloyd MUST stop the big plays. Any team can be beaten on any night. Or something like that. If Lloyd wants to win, they have to believe. I'm sure everyone has heard of David and Golliath... Upsets happen all the time. I sure hope NCC doesn't expect Lloyd to just lay down and give them the game, because that's not going to happen.

I think this game will be closer then people think. I would like to see Lloyd pull off the upset and I think they can. As said before Lloyd MUST stop the big plays.

As much as I would like to see a Juggs victory, I don't see it happening. NCC will be way too much for Lloyd in this second round game.

NCC 42

Lloyd 14

NCC 42

Lloyd 0

NCC will roll. Too much Kues and Kelly.

NCC-49

Lloyd-13

Sounds about right.:thumb: (Although it could go either way for me and I'd find someone to be happy for.)

I have a feeling this game may be closer than what is being predicted. Lloyd seems to be playing its best football of the season. I don't think Lloyd can beat NCC but if Lloyd can keep it close early, this could turn into a dog fight. I also say it is NCC that needs to prevent the big plays. I don't see Lloyd grinding it out all night. They are a big play team with some speed in Walker who can score from anywhere on the field. Despite the big win for NCC the first time around, this has some upset potential if all falls right for Lloyd. I'll guess NCC 42-21, pulling away with a couple of late TDs.
