I , don't know the numbers but I would think Ivan McGlone at Russell , & Walter Brugh at Paintsville I would think would be high on the list . McGlone I know has over 300 , Brugh has close to 300 if not more , but again I don't know exact numbers

I knew this game would be a lot closer than folks thought . Nicholas is a lot better team then what they are given credit for & they have several key underclassmen. Nicholas will be a team to contend with next year

How long has it been since you've been to Fairview football field? What you're describing is the old press box that is now designated for away teams coaches , & camera person only as it hasn't been used as Fairview's press box since the 2010 season . The new press box does have windows,& sits at the top of the home stands . For the record this rant did not go over the PA

The KHSAA sanctions had to do with only one kid who was from here who was found not eligible due to grades , & the fact he repeated a yr . Had nothing to do with out of state kids , or recruiting.

For the record everyone now agrees shady dealings was going on with the program , but they just couldnt be proved

Yes , Alex will be a Senior this upcoming season . He has been FHS' starting QB since he was in 9th grade.

From what I was told by someone close to this situation, FHS' newly elected board forced his hand into retiring, but this person said he couldn't divulge the reason as to why. I, however, can't confirm if this is true - only that the person telling me is pretty reliable & close to the situation.

I appreciate , & accept your apology . Agree, with everything you said , & what others has said about our rivalry . It is spirt filled , fun , & can be intense . I do love the rivalry i just want both sides to keep it classy , it has strayed away from being classy like it use to be . We have great coaches now who i think are class acts , & i think that has shown this year . Im just sick of hearing what i like to refer to as "the dead horse" , & wish people would quit beating it . What is the roster change? If you are talking about King that has been well known before the 1st game that he would be back close to the end of the season . No secret or underhanded things there especially since he has been with Fairview for 3yrs . Oh for the record though he is done for the season.....start practicing the class you guys are always boasting you have ,b ut never show .

I have no idea what you mean by west Ashland? I live in Westwood which isnt part of Ashland , & i am employed at Fairview schools .

He is 18yrs old , & was 18 when he tried to enroll at Fairview . He wasnt adobted , & he doesnt live with that family full time either .
