I was two rows away from the action and I thought I did hear him (Stull?) say my bad, probably wouldnt have been a problem if the kid (Stull?) hadn't already done a couple of things to other players (take the ball out of their hands, etc..). I do think that Downing overreacted to the situation, and I do think that Downing was more interested in taunting the Montgomery Side then he was interested in the game......

Yea but Montgomery could have stayed in the Triangle and 2 and Setty and Miller wouldnt have had so many uncontested shots..... Setty probably hit 4 wide open three's when Montgomery went man!

I thought both sides battled on the court, I was really not impressed with the way that pretty much the entire Mason team was taunting the Montgomery Side the entire game. I'm not from Mason or Montgomery but have been around ball and I didn't think that showed much class, when your team hits a shot celebrate with your teamates not by turning to the opposing fan section!

Had a great time, enjoyed great basketball as well as great food (pulled pork was top notch).....It will be interesting to see where this thread goes, my bet is the only thing people will complain about is the drive, which Montgomery can't change. Great Job Montgomery on a successful tournament, and Congratz to Mason on the 10th Region Championship!

I would say that Catholic will have the best chance of winning it all...they are clicking on all cylinders.....

Congratz Catholic, this was one a shocker for me......hope Bryan Station lets Ligon stay around after Regional Final loss....not sure if anything could make his admin happy.....

SC always dribbles through the press, I'm not saying this is the best option but the only time I have ever saw them pass through a press is this year @ Station. I think a little 3 across press breaker and not settling for contested floaters in transition would have helped out SC. The game was definately not decided by the officials, it was decided by the 19 to 1 run to start the game, inexcusable.

Station by 10...It's Ligon's destiny to set a State Championship trophy on the desk of whatever idiot tried to get rid of him!
