I got word from the cheerleading sponser of a local 16th region team that 2 of their star players left and enrolled in a school about 1.5 hours away....

 

I dont want to release any names or schools involved but I would like to know if anyone else had heard of this?

Those dang cheerleading sponsor's spreading rumors......Our cheerleading sponsor said to send them on.........rumor has been circulating for two months now.

Does anyone know for sure if the players involved did actually leave?

Now that their season is over . . . they can relocate without affecting their current status!! If they don't want to play . . . let'em go!!

Not exactly sure what players or what school you are referring to but I really dont see this happening. I cant imagine a player or two leaving school this late in the school year.

If it will save them from missing out on a year of eligibility . . . I'd say some would leave even later than this!!

An hour and a half, huh? Well from the 16th region, that would be something like this:

If your talking about the guys I've heard about, the possible transfer school is in that radius....

How would this save a player eligibility? Just rumors I am sure.

 

Although I did see some players in the Rose Hill-Elliott county game that could be used in Johnson County. Do any of those players play Football?
