The stage has been set for a huge final game! Catholic was the better team tonight and deserved the win, it looked as if SC came out scared. Stewart's dunk on Phares was crazy, one of the best dunks that I have seen all year. While I hate to do it, hats off to Catholic, looks as if it's time for SC to reload.......we'll be back

I wonder if Nike is sponsoring some of the gas money for Mason's Trip to Montgomery like they sponsored some of Mason's Trip to Hawaii.....

Are they expected to beat Catholic?

Wherling Sterling is ONLY 30-40 minutes from Lexington.......in the country sometimes you have to drive a little while to get where you are going, its not an inconvience, simply look at it as a sight seeing trip :eek:

After all the negatives (with some positives) that were in numerous previous threads about big bad Montgomery stealing the Region Tourney away from the "Holy Grail of 10th Region Basketball."...I'm interested in your comments, both positive and negative about last nights games at "The Palace".....fire away!

Those percentages may have been off, looks as if cybersports for that game is messed up.

Cybersports cut out with 5:30 left in 3rd, SC down 20, SC was shooting 62% from the field 50% from the line, Station was 56% from the field and 50% from the free throw line, SC Guards had already had 11 + combined turnovers....not sure how correct this was, expecially since the stats were not over a complete game.

Bottom Line is if SC can get the ball to Phares (in scoring position) they will be hard to beat, I haven't been sold on the fact that any SC guard can create on their own, that doesnt work well with Hicks' System. Lets hope they can start clicking again like they tend to do around tournament time!

SC Guard play seems to be a thorn in their side...gotta have a ballhandler step up!

Much Props to Montgomery for adding in this game, unlike some schools looks like the new staff at Montgomery isn't worried about playing tough games on the road, this will make them better in the long run....

It's been a fun year, good to meet some of you all at the games, now.....it's time for baseball!

They have been down to our tournament the last two years, Coach Listerman is no doubt a class act his players reflect this as well, be proud of having this role model in your system!

Crosby Middle School out of Louisville (Eastern's Feeder) won the Middle School 8th Grade State Championship over Rose Hill today. Chris Harrison's son is their point guard, quite an impressive young man and basketball player. Congratz to Crosby, they have a fine young team! The only time I like Catholic is when their student section made the sign "breath if you hate scott county" even though I am an SC fan, I found this very creative as well as the "god's on our side" chant. I look forward to seeing both on Saturday, Sports is about to come on Fox 56, so we will know who won soon enough.

Have you heard word on when Simpson will be back, his return will make Madison Central a complete squad!
