Looks like Bryan Station got the easiest route to the finals among the top three. Congratulations.

Puzzled by this.

The Model vs. LexCath winner gets to rest Thursday, and Friday while the Franklin vs Scott winner gets to rest only Friday?

Why don't all the teams on the same side of the Bracket play on the same night?

Looks like no one has an easy route to me.

LexCath and Scott County have to play each other most likely in the semis, while Bryan Station gets the Madison Central/ Dunbar winner. Neither is easy but I like the BS route better. Dunbar does match up better with BS than SC or LexCath so it could be hard for BS.

Looks like seeding to me! I thought it was a draw.

If one were to seed the district winners and the district losers, it would look like this:

LC, BS, MC, FC

SC, PLD, WH, RM

The statistical probability in a blind draw of this schedule has to be well below

5%. If I did my stats. right it is 1.3%. Just pointing that out.

Wow, Scott Co has to probably beat Lex Cath and then Bryan STation just to get out? Amazingly tough Region.

It was a draw. I don't understand your thinking. Can you elaborate? Not the math but who would play each other if the process was seeded.

1 winner v 4th seed runner up LC v Model

2 winner v 3rd seed runner up BS v Western Hills

3 winner v 2rd seed runner up MC v PLD

4 winner v 1st seed runner up FCHS v SC

Exactly how it came out by chance.

Puzzled by this.

I found that odd as well.

That is just stupid scheduling. I'd like to know how this was decided?

Except for BS, how often do you see a region where you have to beat 2 of the top 4 teams in the state just to get out.

8 make the regionals.
