I can promise he will get better. I seen him play when he was in the 6th grade and I could tell he would be good then.

IMO both teams played well. Lewis Co. was without their big man but Koty Riley and Blake Kilgore both played well. 20 (name?) for Harrison Co. played well also.

Saying they shouldnt be a top 10 team in the state may be a stretch. This isnt the thread to argue their position in the state but I think they are clearly a top 10 team. It is difficult to make a 10 hour trip then compete against a top 100 team. Elliott Co. loses by a touchdown, but makes it an interesting game.

Does someone have a full schedule of the tourney or a website I can get it from?

Good luck to Elliott. Id like to see them continue to put up 106 ppg throughout this tourney. Be careful, enjoy the trip, and realize this is the kind of trip most high school basketball players would love to take.

It was $10 general admission to get into last nights Scott Co./GRC game. I realize it was a big game but that seemed a little much. Had I known it was going to be this high, I would have stayed home and watched the game on t.v.

Since my questioned didnt get answered in the updates thread, Ill ask again. Did Cory Rogers (sp?) transfer to GRC or has he played there his entire high school career? He is a good player and was tough for SC to stop.

There wont be a problem getting tickets will there? Ive never been in Memorial so I dont know how many it seats. Surely I will be able to get a ticket if I get there around 6 wont I?

Long year in Vanceburg? They don't expect to play with one of the top 10 teams in the state. It would be nice if they could but come on be real. And they were without there starting pg Terrence Smith and Frankie Witten isn't at full strength. They will be competitive in the 63rd. Elliott performs as expected.

This is no joke. I dont think they have anyone else capable of getting the ball up the floor with the pressure Elliott Co. will put on the ball. Smith would have had enough trouble at that. Elliott Co. wins by 60.

Why is Smith out? I know why Witten but I havent heard anything about Terrence being out.

I also heard that Randy Taylor threw out a fan. But I dont think this is anything out of the ordinary for these two, they want to make sure everyone knows who is in charge.

Pre-season 2nd ranked team in the 16th travels to Lewis Co. to take on an improved Lewis Co. team. This will be East's 2nd game of the season (according to Riherds) and Lewis's 3rd game. I think East has to much size for Lewis. I'll take East by 12.

Unless you know something we dont, RH will need to get used to playing WITHOUT Euton and Jackson. Terry is a very good ball player, but they will need others to score as the season rolls on. Terrence Smith is a great player for LC, and this was the big guy Chris Thompson's first organized game as far as I am aware.
