Congrats Elliott County,,,,anyone have the stats?

Lewis County was missing a starting guard, not that it would have mattered. No stats yet. In an earlier game East Carter dominated Rowan County. Rowan could not handle any pressure at all and flat out cannot shoot.

Timmy Knipp had a nice dunk, Bad Call on the T for hanging on the rim, also knocked the lights out on three's. Ferguson and Faulkners looked great. The whole team looked like the best in the State.

Long year in Vanceburg? They don't expect to play with one of the top 10 teams in the state. It would be nice if they could but come on be real. And they were without there starting pg Terrence Smith and Frankie Witten isn't at full strength. They will be competitive in the 63rd. Elliott performs as expected.

Go Lions and a nice win for the girls.

Where was Terannce Smith?? He is a nice player.

Best in the state? these statements are starting to startle me on here, first you all say that Elliot is the best in the nation, and then this? I mean they are very good but I bet a lot of teams could look like the best in the state against Lewis County. I will not completely be on the Elliot county band wagon until they make it to Rupp (which more than likely they will) and then they beat a solid top ten team, not "play them close", I mean beat them.

I'm not sure I recall reading this. Who said EC was the best team in the nation?

Lewis is 0-4 but to very good teams. Ashland, Covington Scott, East Carter, and Elliott County. They are much better than their record.

From what I've seen out of the top 10, EC looked the best tonight in the State
