Does it really matter who starts??? Why should you have a problem with who starts when the players dont seem to care. :p

In my opinion we should be trying to get every boy out that we can. I do think the system should be tweaked. How about hiring teachers at the middle and elementary that can coach and teach!! That would be a great start. GC needs to get away from having to rely on paraproffessionals. Not just at the lower levels but at the high schools as well!!!! Lets not be affraid to be good on the field, on the court, and the classroom.

I understand the concept about combiniing the middle school programs BUT there are too many kids at GC walking the hallways that should play some type of sports but dont for some reason or another. By combing teams you are limiting even more the talent pool. What about the late bloomer that is a little backwards? You think he will come out if theres a chance he will be cut. How will the kids get back and forth to practice? Where will the kids practice/play? Who is going to Coach these kids? A lot of questions to be answered???????????????
