Brossart is always a very tough team. The 37th has a wealth of coaching talent with both Code's and Carr.

That is ever shooting it just a tad, he is athletic, but there are plenty more that are as or more athletic as him. With that said, He can play the game very well.

Lets not start this arguement again between Scott and CC, just let the records in March talk between Campbell and Scott. With that said, I will not be surprised to see either of these two teams in the 37th and make deep runs in the regional tourney.

Also didn't the freshman team lose their starting quarterback at the begining of the year to Rotator Cuff Surgury. It is nice to see them having 8th graders already in the program.

Highlands and Scott will surprise people this year. Brossart will be good again to this year.

This year that would be a true statement. HC is going to have a down year, and Scott looks as it might have its best year since Carr took over.

Talent wise Scott is also 10 times better, but they may when 4 or 5 games with the same schedule as last year. As far as your gripe with the way the coaching change was handled, I could not agree more.

Scott has been known the last couple years to let games get a way that shouldn't. I think Newport may be a better team than the eagles this year. Is this game at Newport. Im still not sure why you compare last years team to this years team, when you lose just under 50 percent of your roster and probably 2/3 of your starters there is going to be a drop off, especially at a School like Scott. Let us not forget last years team wasn't great, they weren't even .500. granted 4-6 was good at a school like Scott. You have to put it in Context. Scott still might go 4-6 and win as many games at last years team did in the playoffs. Ill pick Newport, Scott has not played well the last two weeks.

Conner is a solid running back, but my money is on Simpson. He is just more talented and a more gifted athelte. He is able to do things on the field that no runner in NKY can do, behind a shaky line at SK. He will be at a mid-major to low high major college, He is already being recruited by Louisville and UC that I know of.

Scott's team was much better and more talented than last years, so lets leave the play off thing alone. They should have been better no way they should of lost to Dayton or Grant last year, And if it weren't for a few turnovers in the opener they could of one that. This year team seems much more motivated and focused, that has a lot to do with coaching. I have talked to a few kids from the team last year that said that they probably would of won more games with Campbell than Fisk. No knock on Fisk, Campbell is just more Experienced and discplined. Not calling him the football savior, but he is certainly a step in the right direction, Casey took the program as far as he could, and certainly did a good job while there. So be upset because you don't get to sit on the sidelines and have to sit and the stands like everyone else, this does not make him a bad coach. BTW, I agree, the fight song needs to stay.

:thumb: Scott finnally has a football coach that knows how to build, and lead. Campbell doesn't play favorites, and puts his team in the best position to suceed, something Scott hasn't seen in years, or maybe ever.

Glad to see Nikola get recgonized, he has worked his tail off the last 3 years.

Campbell will be very strong this year.

Highlands will pick the Score, Scott will see the 2nd team by Half.
