Summer ball is highly overated. My son played one year. To much travel and expense. Kids need to be kids in the summer.

Wow. Two coaches take the job and then have to turn it down. I feel for Morgan, hope things work out soon.

Coach Parker will be missed a lot. But there are still some very good coaches on the staff. As far as the offense goes, it will be more of the same things that the Rams have ran since they started running the Air-Raid.

I had heard they talked to him about the job, not sure if there was an offer. I hate to see Donald leave the coaching profession. But I am glad he will not be on the sidelines when East plays the Rams this year. His teams have always been very prepared when they have played the Rams in the past.

Heard they were going after a Raceland assistant coach. Any truth to this???

Rams baseball is really having a hard time of it right now. Not sure if it is the coaching or the players, but better get it worked out quickly. District play is right around the corner.

The rams will have their work cut out for them this coming year. They lost alot of very good seniors this past year. I will agree that defense and special teams were big parts of this years success, but the offense had some good players. I will agree that the "D" is the key for next year. It may take the offense some time after losing the QB, a couple of starters on the OL, and all of their WR's. One area of strength is the RB's, especially if the Denton kid can recover from knee surgery. I agree that Boyles will probably be the QB and he will do a good job. In time the offense will come together. On the defensive side of the ball it is going to be hard to replace JT Forest. I just hope that the D next year will play with the same heart and desire that this past years' D did.

I think they will be the team to beat in their district next year. Good young QB & RB to build around.

My son went to the "Down and Dirty Camp" last year. It is a work camp and it really helped make him a better player. Great camp for lineman and at a fairly reasonable price. Would recommend to all lineman.

FBALL, I have seen all these kids play in our area. From what I observed Wills & Forrest were the two best LB in the area. Tackett and Davis were very good also. I have been around alot of football and it always seems that this area never gets any love from the media. I think we will see more of these guys make the coaches' all state team. Back to the Thread. Congrats to Casey!! He is a very deserving player. I think he will be playing on Saturdays next year on the defensive side of the ball.

Great season Rams!! My hat is off to the players, coaches, cheerleaders, fans, and community. Good luck to all the seniors. Look for bigger and better things down the road.

Been out of town all week, but back just in time for the big game. NCC is the class of single A football and is going to be a very tough game for the Rams. I hope they can pull it out. Just go out and play as hard as you can and see what happens.

Polls mean nothing. LCA is the favorite, they won the first meeting. They have also owned the Rams. Hope that changes Friday.

I know the Rams will be without the services of two players. However, they do get back starting DB Tyler Chambers who had to miss last week's game due to an illness.

I guess there are not any GC fans on here. Just wanted to see what happen with the end of the year. Good luck to both LC & GC in the future.

Raceland will miss Boyles and Denton. Look for paris to come out strong, but in the end the Rams are to much. Get well soon guys.....

What has happened to Greenup? Saw them earlier in the year and thought that they would win some games in the district.

The Eagles will be ready! I just hope the the Rams are not taking them to lightly. It will be a war.

Heard the Rams had a great week of practice. Hope they come out focused and ready to play. You know the eagles will be ready.
