What does LCA need to do to improve in 2007? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

I think they will be the team to beat in their district next year. Good young QB & RB to build around.

The QB will be a sophomore....he was very productive his Freshman year. I was really impressed.

Anyone know thier schedule?They open in thier bowl against Williamsburg and Frankfort plays Campbellsville.

We have 2 3-year starters plus a 2-year starter returning. The other linemen have significant experience. They need to stay "hungry", but I feel more confident about them this year than ever. The younger guys need to develop some "fire in the belly."

 

QB

Freshman Witt began starting halfway through the season, and played well, but occasionally inconsistant (not unusual for a Freshman).

 

RB

Freshman Dominique Hayden played extremelly well, and should continue to improve.

 

Other Skill positions

"Not a clue." A lot of guys will need to step up their game

LCA should be a very tough team this year. They have two VERY talented skill players in Witt and Hayden. I look for the eagles to have a great season. They may get off to slow start due to some young players but by the end of the season they will be a very solid team.

Just curious!!!! Looking at Herald Leader today in the girls basketball state tournament section Lexington Christian was listed as having an enrollment of 869. If this is correct how can they be 1A?

It has to be the enrollment for Lexington Catholic, thats not the enrollment for Christian, I am sure of that.
