Spoke to B. Hall and A. Russell after game and what the video didn't pick up or what they did or did not see is a moot point. a)the can only make a call based on the information available to them at the time b) my vision is good- as well as several others- and if the LC player warranted the heave-ho then so did the RH player for his actions prior to the altercation. I know that several things led up to this "coming to a head" but the fact is that #1 should have got the gate too. You are correct that he did not retaliate after the attempted "BULLDOG" by the LC player.

There was a brief altercation between two players and several players(more for RH) left bench area. Two assistant coaches also got into a verbal tussle!! Both players involved should have got the gate but the officials did not have the view of some. The altercation started away from the ball- underneath the basket.

That was one heck of a game!!!! Her arms must have been tired afterwards!!! :ylsuper: Actually.... Congrats on a great career thus far!!!:thumb:

It seems that the gap has narrowed between the 16th and the other more powerful regions this year- at least compared to the last couple.

The last two seconds seemed to take an eternity!! We needed more "Orange" on the clock trigger finger!!!!!

JV???????? Give me a break!!! How many other teams have several guys that don't play JV????? Three losses to Russell, Yea!!!! VanHoose, Blair, Gill suited up nightly at the JV level last year.:lol: We love Coach Floyd but Johnson's ability to maximize his teams strengths speaks for it self over the years. Not many teams in the 16th Region would ever change their talent for ours year in and year out!!!!:thumb:

The games will be televised but on a delayed schedule. Russell's games will be on at 8:30 and Raceland games will follow at 10:30 is what i was told and was true for last night.

I heard that the Russell game at 4pm and the Raceland game at 8pm will be televised on the Ohio U Channel 25 on Time Warner Cable.

It does seem that Scooter's boy posts have quadrupled compared to years past!!!:ylsuper:(at least the last 3-4 yrs!) Wonder if the Royal Blue pullovers from the O.J years will be dusted off soon??? :thumb:

That sophomore guard is probably their 2nd best scoring option. He has the ability to score in a myriad of ways and he is a nice diversion from the one-dimensional guards that we have had the past several years.:thumb: Actually we are turning the ball over more this year but the turnovers are occurring in a pro-active manner. Mullins turns the ball over too, but its done in a very "stylish" manner - usually! J. Holbrook needs to play with more consistent energy and intensity and his minutes will take care of it self. He is a nice "role player" and it seems he has found his niche. Whose minutes should he be getting?? Didn't you say the same thing about Sr players last year? I don't think you would have said the samething about Holbrook last year.

Well when Aaron Pettrey was hear at Raceland getting offers didnt seem to be a problem! I have heard of this guy all the way down here in eastern Ky all year and we have been watching him to see if he takes Aarons record. I wouldnt mind seeing him go to Flordia as long as he doesnt go to Michigan im in good shape!

I think that Raceland has the advantage with the field conditions because not only has Raceland had a few games this year in the mud, but New Cath has played 8 of their 11 games on turf!!!!

Sounds like a plumbing issue...actually, the Rams seem like a strong multi-facetted team, now the fire trucks probably have lots of faucets*grin. I can't imagine that this incident ever occurred, even in the "good old times" of the early 80's.

The one thing the seniors have working against them is that the juniors have Stephen Peircy and Aaron Pettrey's brother Daniel coaching the Juniors.

The game was cancelled! No idea when they will make it up but i belive the seniors will have this one big! All i have to say is W. Seals! She is a D-1 basketball recruit. They also have a big line and the Porter twins.
