An ugly win for the Red Devils , only leading at half 18-15, as usual Coach J

had his kids in position to win, but Russell found a way to win ugly

I think I will hold off on my WARNING:D

Someone may have given you the wrong details. Russell was actually up by about 15 points at half. The game was never close after the first quarter. Good win for Russell.

I'll have to take your word for it Shooter.

How is Vanhoose looking so far? Is he looking like a D1 player?

Not tonight, maybe the Faulkners will bring out the best in him:D

You're first half score was correct shoooterx3. It was an ugly game by both teams but a win is a win. Maybe we get the next one.:thumb:

Gill looked good finishing on the inside. Devils looked good in third and half of the fourth.

I would probally give Gill player of the game for Russell and give thanks we didn't have to play the Russell girls tonight:thumb:

Shooter to me a win is a win, ugly or not. Imo There is no such thing as an "ugly" win. I wish that Raceland could have won this one "Ugly" or not, they all count the same in the won/loss columns.

No, if Raceland had won, it would have gone from UGLY to UGLIER:D

Coach J had his team in great position coming out of halftime, Russell got a spark from Ice Cube Frazier in the 3rd quarter and was lucky to get a 24-8 run that was the ball game, Raceland outscored Russell the 4th quarter

Look for a rematch in the Derby Classic
