Crisp is putting on a great show as always a power house.

White, Barker and Wilson did the first half score'n and White kicked one good field goal. Now back after halftime, Pike Central had a 65 yard kickoff return for a touchdown and the extra point was no good.

that head coach has been there for more than two games just not as the top dog and he should be able to take the critics remarks. His defense has lost games over the past few years so he should have known he needed better defensive line ups. Although I will give him credit for getting rid of that spread offense we've seen fail so many times in the past. But he should see the qb isn't getting the ball off and he's got the offense to score if he can get the ball to them faster. I'd just like to see the rest of this season saved so that the lions' srs can leave on a high note

For one the offensive backs don't have a good coach and they're out running the qb cause the speeds just not there to get the ball off fast enough. He's only a sophmore looks like he'd be a great defensive end though. Why that number 7 isn't in there as QB Lord only knows. And that number 22 has got to be the top player on that team no holds barred. 22 can kick, cut and run, and toss that pigskin better than anyone I've seen. If not for 22's being inside linebacker and still being able to cover safety that score would been more like 80-14.

So far here it's managed to move the practice up to 3 in the afternoon instead of in the mornings. I don't see the sense in doing that to them though.

I'm not even really crazy over hearing Welcome to the Jungle at every game, I'd like to see Coach Evans come up with something entirely new for the Lions.

Reading into statements sure causes way too much. Your right Onetoya on all ya said! You've been really supportive of Evans. That's partly why I listened and am willing to sit back and watch what happens before making predictions. I'd like to see Bracken come back with a good game and have one worth watching! Of course we know the last game is gonna be worthwhile for both sides. Always a good rivalry. I really liked the year they did the in your face thing over the 50 yard line lol.

Last year I spoke with alot of Bracken Co. Parents at the game. Their starting line up were all home with the flu and out of the game so maybe this year they will have a better line-up. And considering it was a realllllly young football team, I believe only in their 3rd season showing up with half a team was a rough one on them for sure. Anyone know what they did with the rest of their season? And yes $$$ is definately what got them up here so I don't think they were really worried about the outcome of the game as much as what the games did for their booster program's funds.

I seriously do hope they have a good year and I think if they get back to some good old fashioned ball they've got a decent year ahead.

Who do you all think is going to get QB for varsity this year? They were working with Joey, like I said before i missed the 7 on 7 but hear they had a different boy in there that did a good job.
