Imagine if the East squad had Sneed on there as well they would of had a dominant trio in Klei, Merrit, and Sneed. Klei has really improved this offseason and i'm sure she'll do great things her senior year with the Breds.

If i'm not mistaken #25 Jackie Hicks led the West team in scoring but Firth was nominated the MVP for the West. Shannon Klei led the East team to the victory by scoring 10 points in the 4th quarter. Merrit ended up with 9 points and a huge steal to seal the game.

They relate because NCC basically uses our field for free and we had to pay alot of money to use Highlands field one time. I understand how Highlands has to charge a set price but how come I'm getting nailed for saying NCC should have to pay more to use the nice facility.

I've talked to both personally and they were not asked that is Klei or Sneed I am referring to.

Glenn Youg to Western Kentucky University I wish I could add James "Shakes" Thomas to this list if he only started football sooner than his Senior year he would be unstoppable.

They need to raise the cost up for the Breds considering how much money we had to pay last year to play one measly game on Highlands turf.

IMO Sneed and Klei could take most of the players on this teams place. Sad to hear that neither one of these great players weren't chosen to represent the junior all stars because thats exactly what they are.

I've heard Josh Tolson will be representing Newport as well on the Junior squad

How can you not give credit where credit is due Schlarman was a big factor in getting the Camels football turned around and I am sure glad that he is the head coach of my Wildcats

JJ is an outstanding quarterback and he did indeed tie the state record last year for throwing 9 touchdowns in the Spencer County game and he also has numerous school records of his own.

I'm not trying to put Matt down but Head Director you said the last 2 years that isn't completely true and you also said receiving which wasn't true either of the years.

Like you said some of the Highlands girls not everyone of them like the Pandas. Notre Dame looked tired and exhausted and it was Highlands first game of the day after Notre Dame had just gotten off a big win against Assumption. I'm sure we'll see different results when it comes to the high school season.

I agree with this they only took a few weeks off after losing to Boone County and they were back at it practicing to get ready for these AAU tournaments. I don't understand why they would attend so many and now they are off to EKU's team camp next week. Hopefully the rest of the summer they get some rest and don't run their legs off before its time to contend for the region.

You have got to be kidding Sneed is talking to several Division 1 schools and Klei is already committed to one :confused:

The St Henry coach was in attendance at the KBA tournament and he did confirm he will be the next Lexcath coach

JJ Hesch from Newport should be one to look out for next year
