Long-time assistant baseball coach for Harrison Co., Ronnie Herrington has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. He has been given about 7 months to live. He is probably the most important key to the success that HC has enjoyed in the last 30 yers or so. He has been Mac's right hand man for the duration and is irreplaceable. I look for Mac to hang it up sooner than many might think.

Fight the fight...we are praying for him..

Please keep Coach Herrington, his wife, son, daughter and grandchildren along with the Harrison County Baseball Staff and Players in your prayers. This news has really rocked the Harrison County community. You'll never meet a finer man than Coach Herrington and my thoughts and prayers are with him.

I've been in Cynthiana this weekend and needless to say, people are in shock about this situation. Ronnie is a great guy and great coach. My thoughts and prayers are with he and his wonderful family.
